Our multi-lingual reception desk staff will be happy to assist you in arranging various excursions including Amsterdam Canal boat tours, exciting trips to the typical Dutch village Volendam, excursions to Madurodam (the Miniature City).

As we do not have restaurant facilities in our hotel our friendly staff can advise you with your dinner options and assist you in choosing a suitable restaurant in the surrounding area. For breakfast option we offer you a 20% discount if you have breakfast in the down stairs Restaurant Marco Polo:

Cancellation policy

  • Individual guests; free of charge for cancellation within 48 hrs advanced notification prior to day of arrival individual travellers. Noshow or late cancellation incurs a first night charge fee.
  • Groups; cancellation notification 7 days prior to day of arrival (day starting at 00:00 a.m). In case of no-show or late cancellation, the first 2 nights will be charged. Group bookings as from 5 rooms
  • Note: reservations for and or including the night of New years Eve (31 Dec), Queensday (30 April), IBC Congress (10th to and including 17th of September 2008) and New Year Eve (28th Dec-1st Jan) must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date otherwise the whole amount will be charged in case of noshow or late cancellation.
